1. Credit Pack Refunds

All payments are processed through Waffo Pancake, our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Refund requests are handled in accordance with the following policy:

• Within 14 days of purchase: Full refund available for unused credits.
• After 14 days: No refunds are provided for used or expired credits.

2. Eligible Refunds

Purchased credits that have not been used can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Free credits and bonus credits are not refundable. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

3. Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days and returned to the original payment method.
