1. Acceptance of Terms

FateOracle AI ("we", "us", or "our") provides AI-powered astrology and fortune telling services through our website at https://horoscopeai.tech (the "Service").

By creating an account, subscribing to any plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you: (a) are at least 18 years of age; (b) have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms; (c) agree to our Privacy Policy; and (d) are authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or any organization you represent.

Important: If you do not agree to these Terms, please stop using the Service. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Description of Service

FateOracle AI provides an AI-powered platform for spiritual guidance, including tarot readings, daily horoscopes, and birth chart analysis. Our Service is a digital software-as-a-service (SaaS) product delivered over the internet.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use at security@horoscopeai.tech
• Ensuring your billing email address remains valid

4. Credits and Billing

HoroscopeAI offers credit-based plans for access to premium features. You purchase a credit pack (Pro or Annual plan), and credits are deducted each time you use a premium feature. There is no automatic recurring charge — you only pay once per purchase.

4.1 Credits System

Credits are deducted for each premium feature use. Purchased credits expire 30 days after purchase. Free daily readings (1 per day) do not require credits and do not roll over to the next day.

4.2 Plan Types

• Free: 1 free tarot reading per day, daily horoscope. No purchase required.
• Pro: One-time purchase for a set number of credits. Credits expire 30 days after purchase.
• Annual: One-time purchase for a set number of credits with extended validity. Credits expire 365 days after purchase.

4.3 Taxes

Unless otherwise noted, prices shown do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax, etc.). If required by law, we will collect and remit these taxes.

5. Cancellation

Since there is no subscription or recurring charge, cancellation is not applicable. You may simply stop using the Service at any time. Account data will be retained for 90 days after your last login, then deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery nature of our digital service, credit purchases are generally non-refundable, except in the following circumstances:

7. Billing Disputes

If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us at billing@horoscopeai.tech before contacting your bank. We commit to responding within 2 business days and resolving confirmed billing errors within 5 business days.

8. AI Content and Intellectual Property

8.1 Output Content Ownership

Subject to these Terms, AI-generated content ("Output") created through your use of the Service belongs to you. You may use Output for any lawful purpose consistent with Section 9 (Acceptable Use Policy).

8.2 Input Content License

By submitting content to our Service ("Input"), you grant FateOracle AI a limited, non-exclusive license solely to provide the Service to you. We will not use your Input to train AI models without your explicit consent.

8.3 Third-Party AI Model Dependency

Our Service uses third-party AI model providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google. Output quality may be influenced by these providers. We do not guarantee specific output results and are not responsible for content generated by third-party models.

8.4 AI Output Accuracy

9. Acceptable Use Policy

You may only use the Service for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, defamatory, harassing, or fraudulent content
• Generate content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against any group
• Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate manner
• Create malware, phishing content, or cyberattack tools
• Impersonate any person, brand, or entity
• Infringe on any third party's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Bypass or interfere with Service security features
• Resell or redistribute access without prior written approval
• Use AI Output to impersonate human professionals (doctors, lawyers, financial advisors)
• Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or card network rules

10. Data, Privacy & Security

Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy. Payment card data is processed exclusively by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor, Waffo Pancake, and is not stored on our servers. Account data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted.

11. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or AI output accuracy.

12. Term & Termination

These Terms remain in effect while you use the Service. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or when required by law. If we terminate for reasons not caused by your breach, you will receive a prorated refund for any prepaid period. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@horoscopeai.tech.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by applicable laws. Before filing formal proceedings, please contact us at legal@horoscopeai.tech to attempt informal resolution.

14. General Provisions

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of revised Terms. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions remain in full force.
